Consultations & Services
Birchview Design Inc. may offer both complimentary and paid consultations depending on the project scope and service type. Project timelines, deliverables, pricing, revisions, deposits, and payment schedules will be outlined separately through project proposals, contracts, or invoices where applicable.
Payments & Deposits
Where services are retained, deposits and staged payments may be required. Failure to provide payment within agreed timelines may result in delays, suspension of work, or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Revisions & Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included within project scope. Additional revisions, scope expansions, or changes requested after approval stages may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.
Cancellation
Birchview Design Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse services at its discretion. Clients requesting cancellation after work has commenced may remain responsible for payment for completed work, time incurred, materials purchased, or administrative costs.
Limitation of Liability
Birchview Design Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services provided. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that website content, recommendations, timelines, pricing, or third-party information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Third-Party Services
Our website or services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms, contractors, consultants, software providers, or external vendors. Birchview Design Inc. is not responsible for third-party products, services, performance, or policies.
